Canvas Rooms

Creating rooms, closets and cabinets using the spatial qualities of the canvas as a found object.

Through this, I wanted to take a recognisable material from the art world and use it in a different context; a way of exploring familiar spaces and objects, and how our relationships with them can change over time. Floor plans defined through the objects within each space, rather than the architecture itself, illustrate what the things we collect can say about us.
